Ordering Process

1 Copy the ECID exactly as displayed by the software.

3 Place the order using the ECID. Do not enter an IMEI in place of the ECID.

4 Wait until the order status changes to In Process.

5 Begin the authorized service procedure only after the order shows In Process.

6 Follow the instructions displayed inside the software.

7 The website will return the final result only after the software confirms successful completion.

Important Notes

 • The ECID must be copied directly from the software and must be completely accurate.

 • Do not close the software or disconnect the device while processing is in progress.

 • Do not submit the same ECID repeatedly while an earlier order is still Pending or In Process.

 • Only one active order should exist for each ECID at any given time.

 • Back up all necessary data before performing any erase, flash, or restore operation.

 • Results may be affected by hardware problems, USB connection issues, cables, computer configuration, or unsupported software versions.

Refund policy: An order is non-refundable after it has been accepted and moved to In Process, except when the provider confirms that the failure was caused by the service system. Incorrect ECID entries, incorrect model selection, connection failures, or failure to follow the instructions are not eligible for a refund.
