وصف الخدمة

توفر هذه الخدمة حلاً لأجهزة Tecno وInfinix وiTel المقيدة بسبب قفل MDM (إدارة الأجهزة المحمولة). يُرجى قراءة الشروط والأحكام بعناية قبل المتابعة.

سياسة الخدمة

سياسة صارمة بعدم استرداد الأموال: جميع الطلبات غير قابلة للاسترداد في حال تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مؤهلة.

تأكد من تطابق رقم IMEI تمامًا مع الرقم الظاهر على شاشة قفل جهازك، وكذلك مع رقم IMEI المطبوع على الغطاء الخلفي أو العلبة الأصلية. لا تُرسل الطلب إذا كان الرقمان مختلفين، فلن يتم استرداد أي مبالغ.

هذه الخدمة مخصصة فقط للأجهزة السليمة. سيتم رفض طلبات الأجهزة المفقودة أو المسروقة أو المدرجة في القائمة السوداء، ولن يتم استرداد أي مبالغ.

تأكد من أن جهازك في نفس الحالة الموضحة في الصورة أدناه.

هذه الخدمة مخصصة فقط للأجهزة السليمة. إذا رُفض طلبك لأنه قُدِّم سابقًا عبر خدمة أخرى، يُرجى الانتظار 30 يومًا قبل تقديم طلب جديد إلينا.

MDM Unlock Service for Tecno, Infinix, and iTel Devices

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This service is exclusively for devices affected by MDM Lock as shown in the sample image below.

Service Description

This service provides a solution for Tecno, Infinix, and iTel devices that are restricted due to MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.

Service Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy: All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of incorrect or ineligible submissions.

Ensure the IMEI number matches exactly the one displayed on your device’s lock screen, as well as the IMEI printed on the back cover or original box. Do not submit if they differ—no refunds will be issued.

This service is only for clean devices. Requests for lost, stolen, or blacklisted devices will be rejected with no refund.

Verify that your device is in the exact same state as shown in the sample image below.

If your request is rejected because it was previously submitted through another service, please wait 30 days before submitting a new request to us.
